PURSUIT OF DISCIPLINE GROUP

This group was created to offer young people a space to explore their leadership potential. It is a space where they are free to address issues like bullying, peer pressure, career goals, and relationships In this group, COD staff leaders guide youth members through group discussions and professional guest speakers. These opportunities are offered to instill important life lessons that build self-confidence, self-discipline, respect for self and others, and effective communication skills.

Youth members also get opportunities to explore career and personal interests through field trips. This group has taken field trips to the fire station, police station, Valley Fair, the Armory Downtown, and more!
