  • Monday - Friday 4 pm to 8:00 pm
  • Saturday - 10:00 am to 1 pm
  • Sunday - Closed
  • » Beginners Workout - 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday-Thursday (All new Members must first attend the Beginners Workout)
  • » Advanced Workout - 5:30 pm to Close
  • **Parents must stay at the facility with children ages 8-12
  • Youth (17 and under): $30 a month
  • Adults (18 and up): $50 a month
  • Family & Friends Membership (up to 5 people): $60 a month
  • Daily rate: $10
  • USA Boxing Registration: $65 annually
